Today, I crazily baked the day away. I baked Anne Burrell’s focaccia recipe which turned out great. I made the mistake of buying an instant active dry yeast when the recipe called for an active dry yeast. I spent half the day looking for that yeast but sadly there was none.
I have not posted anything in awhile because of my work schedule. I just want to sleep and rest most of the time because eversince we came back from South Korea, all I ever did was work work work…hoping to save up for the next big trip.
It’s the tail end of summer and it’s still unbelievably hot even with the fan and a/c on. Instead of focusing on the weather, I thought of ways on how to lift my melting spirit.
