Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and now is the perfect time to start planning what you want to buy for your loved one.
My husband and I prefer having dinner somewhere special, which may sound a bit old fashioned to some, but there’s nothing better than having something simple, romantic, yet memorable. While I was searching for restaurants to dine at on google, I saw a valentine menu post of one of my favorite restaurants in Tagaytay, The Marcia Adams’ Restaurant.
On my 32nd birthday three years ago, I invited a few friends to have dinner with me and my husband at the Marcia Adams. The restaurant is a cluster of vine-covered adobe bungalows that overlook the idyllic countryside.
Its main dining hall has a rustic Tuscan look, with earthen flooring bordered with Machuca tiles.
The sunset viewing area is like a Greek tavern, with rough cement floors with terracotta tiles and white plastered walls that shoot up to a beamed ceiling of old wood.
A lot of things have changed since the last time we were there. Neil, the husband of Marcia Adams told us that they’ll be putting up a bed and breakfast place. I hope we can go visit the place again before the year ends.

The place is refreshing, I love the flora and fauna more to come. I don’t the peeping statues but it’s Italian style let it be.
