I have always fancied the tea party theme.
So, when a coworker was about to celebrate her child’s first birthday, I took the chance of offering to style it for free which she gladly accepted. The only challenge I had was locating a private home restaurant for the event. I, fortunately, stumbled upon this place in Quezon City called Chef Tatung Garden Cafe. The restaurant has since moved to Taguig.
