Today, I crazily baked the day away. I baked Anne Burrell’s focaccia recipe which turned out great. I made the mistake of buying an instant active dry yeast when the recipe called for an active dry yeast. I spent half the day looking for that yeast but sadly there was none.
I have not posted anything in awhile because of my work schedule. I just want to sleep and rest most of the time because eversince we came back from South Korea, all I ever did was work work work…hoping to save up for the next big trip.
I have to warn you, this recipe is not for the faint of heart. I have been seeing this dish being posted on Instagram so I thought I’d give it a shot.
Before we left Manila, I already researched what restaurants to try in Seoul. Most restaurants I wanted to try were all in the Myeongdong area which was perfect since our hotel is situated in Myeongdong.
We stopped in Kuala Lumpur en route to Manila. I didn’t know what to expect in Malaysia.
Ubud, a town in central Bali, is far removed from the beach party scene in Kuta, and is regarded as the cultural centre of Bali. It is famous as an arts and crafts hub, and much of the town and nearby villages seems to consist of artists’ workshops and galleries.
